Product Description:

High precision and excellent stability: Endress+Hauser pressure transmitters provide extremely high measurement accuracy and long-term stability. For example, the accuracy of Cerabar S PMP75 can reach ± 0.075%, and its platinum version can even reach ± 0.05%. Some models, such as the Cerabar PMP71 platinum model, even achieve an accuracy of ± 0.025%.

Durable sensor design: The product uses metal (such as 316L, Alloy C276) or ceramic sensors, which can resist overload, corrosion, and wear. Many models can withstand extremely high process pressures (up to 700 bar) and process temperatures (up to 400 °C), adapting to harsh industrial environments.

Intelligent diagnosis and convenient operation: Multiple transmitters are equipped with Heartbeat Technology, which can perform instrument self-calibration as needed without interrupting the production process, and provide complete diagnostic information to help monitor process status or pressure pipe blockage. Devices are usually equipped with touch-sensitive displays, menu-guided operations, and quick setup menus make debugging and daily operations very convenient.

Modular design and flexible configuration: The product adopts a modular design, with replaceable components such as display units and electronic modules, which increases the versatility and maintenance convenience of the equipment.

Sanitary design: For industries with high hygiene requirements such as food, beverage, and pharmaceuticals, some models (such as Cerabar PMP43) adopt a 360-degree no dead corner sanitary design, providing IP69 high protection level to ensure efficient cleaning and avoid product contamination.

Process Pressure Measurement

Process pressure measurement is widely used in various process control fields to continuously measure the absolute and gauge pressures of gases, vapors, or liquids.

Liquid Measurement

Liquid level, volume, and mass can be measured by utilizing static pressure. This method is commonly used to determine the liquid level, volume, or mass of containers or storage tanks. For instance, it can be applied to measure the liquid level in a pressurized tank or distillation tower/evaporator.

Sanitary Applications

Pressure measurement sensors designed for the hygiene industry are ideal for monitoring process pipelines, static pressure, and liquid level in process tanks. Their compact design allows for installation in small spaces, such as small volume equipment sleds and devices.

High Pressure and High Temperature
