1-1/2" C113825 C113-825 NBR Diaphragm For ASCO Pulse Jet Valve
C113825, C1138-25 Diaphragm (Membrane) for ASCO pulse valve G353A045; NBR material is standard, working temperature range is -5 to +80 ℃; Viton material is optional, for high temperature, working temperature range is -10 to +120 ℃.
Pulse Jet Valve is a solenoid pilot operated diaphragm valve specially designed to deliver extremely fast pulsing in reverse-jet dust collector systems. With its high flow rates, higher peak pressure and the fastest response times on the market it delivers optimal filter cleaning performance, while using significantly less air. This results in energy savings for the user.

The diaphragm is the most important part of the pulse valve. When the pulse valve is energised, the trapped air above pulse valve diaphgram is quickly exhausted causing fast opening of main diaphragm valve. When the pulse valve is de-energised , air escapes through bleed hole of main pulse valve to balance the diaphragm pressure and instantly closes the pulse valve.
